It’s another summer season, the period most people consider the best time to go on vacation. Yeah! This is the time to take off that huge stress off your shoulder.

Going on summer vacation is one of the most amazing experience in an individual’s life. It is an adventure you will forever live to remember especially when you go with family or loved ones.

Of all the beautiful places on earth, I was able to spot out only 3 wonderful destinations for you this summer.

The Top 3 places to visit this summer

1. Canada

If you have ever thought of scooping a big city in just one country, I strongly advice you to pack your bags and head straight to Toronto AKA “the city that works”.

Let’s start by getting to know somethings about Toronto.

Toronto is the largest city in Canada. It is also the 4th largest city in the whole of North America and a place of dwelling to about 6 million people.

Toronto is the capital of Ontario which is located in Ontario Province of Canada. The City shares border with the United States of America.

On first arrival, you will notice the touristy nature of the city, her people are friendly and there are heavy presence of rich cultural heritage with unique diversity.

In Toronto, you will find places like Greek town, Chinatown, little Italy and many similar neighborhoods like that. You can visit any one and have a taste of their cuisines.

Have you heard about the tallest structure in North America, it’s right here in Toronto. Its called CN Tower. Have you been there before?

Honestly, you need to come visit this place and have an amazing look at the City. Come and have a feel of what’s its like to stand inside North America’s tallest building.

Once you are true with that place, head over to AGO – Art Gallery of Ontario, from there head straight to Royal Ontario museum. This place has a design that will wow you at first sight.

Inside the Royal Ontario museum, you will find amazing art exhibitions from within and across the globe and also get to meet the country’s early dudes in portrait mode.☺️

If you are a Techie like me, you can check out the Ontario Science Center where you will see stuffs that are worth your time.

Don’t leave Toronto without visiting Niagara falls – the most powerful waterfall in North America. Mehn! You need to go to that place at least once in a lifetime.

Toronto is a city that’s got almost every single race/ethnic group in it. Both from visitors and nationals. As you explore the city you will immediately fall in love with it.

For those who really want to do some more travels across the country without minding the cost. Here are some places to check out.

You can visit wonderful places like Dinosaur provincial park, Cabot Trail, Nahanni National Park Reserve, Canadian Rock Mountain Parks, Calgary Stampede, the list goes on and on.

2. Greece

Greece is one of those few countries in Europe that is more than just a place to visit this summer. Its by far a reference point in history.

You need to go see some of those things you’ve read in History books. If that’s the only reason why you are visiting Europe, it’s more than worth it.

Greece is made up of a mountain which is the mainland and a good number of small islands which are more than 100. So prepare to jump around because you are not going to find everything in just one Island.

When you get to Greece, Start your vacation by visiting Athens which happens to be the country’s capital and the place where democracy originated from.

If you practice democracy in your country, you owe Athens a visit. It is good that you come over to see the place where they first practice democracy.

Aside that, there is a National Archaeological museum that is right there in Athens which is definitely going to be of interest to you.

If you are a fan of Archaeology, and the once you saw at the museum didn’t freak you at all, Just go ahead and visit Delphi, the most popular archaeological sight in Greece.

If housing is your thing, ensure you visit Mykonos where you will find White buildings on tiny streets. You also need to go to Meteora, dude! that place will wow you.

Have you heard about Lake Vouliagmeni?
The mysterious lake that was formed as a result of a huge underwater spring that opened up and swallowed up a big cave roof. It’s located in Greece.

No vacation in Greece is complete until you stop by and relax at Thessaloniki, Greece second largest city which is home to many. I heard it was in Thessaloniki that Saint Paul first introduced Christianity.

3. The Bahamas

If you are not too much of an Adventurist and you are looking for a place to cool off and enjoy maximum luxury with loved ones, the Bahamas is the place to be.

The Bahamas is a country that is more than a home to many celebrities. Feel free to explore but don’t be surprise to see a young star in your country there.😉

With over 700 Islands, tell me what should stop you from visiting one of those Islands. Gold Rock Beach is one of the most popular among tourist.

You should also pay a quick visit to Lucayan National Park, where the world’s longest six(6) miles underground freshwater cave is.
