The Itel P37 Pro is the high-end feature smartphone in the Itel P37 series this year. I use the word “high-end feature” to lay emphasis on the distinctive features that set it apart from the lower variant in Nigeria.
We are pretty familiar with the word “Pro” right from day one. And it is a normal tradition to see specs that is worth the special price and title in Nigeria. Thank God, the Itel P37 Pro didn’t disappoint.
For the first time, we are witnessing a slight jump in storage configuration among other regular Pro features you will find on the Itel P37 Pro in Nigeria. In fact, I can’t be more than happy.

Design
The Itel P37 Pro comes with a very fashionable design that is easily identifiable in Nigeria particularly among smartphones in that price range not to talk about the gradient sea blue color options that bring out the beauty of the Itel P37 Pro more.
As for the buttons and other placements like charging port, fingerprint scanner, and the like are all in their regular spots. What’s new here is the super slim and bigger body size when compared to the base version.
Design-wise, I will say the Itel P37 Pro could be the right choice for you in Nigeria if you care so much about size with some extra touch and aesthetics.
Display
With a bigger body comes a bigger display. The Itel P37 Pro has a huge 6.8inch LCD screen with a 720 x 1640p resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. This is very okay for big-screen lovers in Nigeria coupled with the affordable price.
One can take advantage of the huge display on the Itel P37 Pro and use it for studying, gaming, watching movies, and all that good entertainment stuff in Nigeria.
Camera
At the Top of the Itel P37 Pro is a notch for the selfie camera. This notch has a single 8MP selfie camera that is good at taking great selfies shots on the go in Nigeria.
At the rear is a dual AI 13MP main camera that comes with an LED flash. The main camera does have an automatic control tool that helps you achieve consistent clarity in any light condition.
Battery
The battery capacity on the Itel P37 Pro is pretty much the same as the one of last year. A 5000mAh non-removable battery is what we have here which kind of compliment the slim body.
Itel mobile decide to slice in an “AI Power Master” to extend the battery life by a significant length. So there is nothing to worry about running out of power within a short time in Nigeria.
Software & Specs
On the software scene, we’ve got the Android 10(Go edition) based on OS V7.0 User Interface which looks very simple and user-friendly for everywhere. The OS v7.0 UI let’s you enjoy features like: Data switcher, file mover, image compressor and safe charge.
Interestingly, the Itel P37 Pro comes with 3GB RAM and 6GB ROM. This is great and first in class. Who would have thought that the Itel P37 Pro will get an upgrade in storage configuration?
Final Thoughts
Indeed, the Itel P37 Pro has what it takes to be called a “Pro” in Nigeria. When you take a look at the huge display, it’s a lot better than the one of last year.
The design also speaks for itself, nothing too fancy, just very simple. The most interesting upgrade for me is the storage configuration. I can tell you are excited about it too in Nigeria.
The Itel P37 Pro has pretty much everything one would love to see on a smartphone of this class. It’s even more surprising when most people find out how smooth the CPU runs. Yeah! It’s an Itel smartphone and the price is okay too!
