Last Updated on June 11, 2021 by TM

Google got it all set with the Pixel 5 off the corner. Just like we were expecting, this is the best design and at the same time, most interesting phone Google has ever made.

It’s amazing to sell how the whole manufacturing process went. When compared to her predecessor, you will find the Pixel 5 more attractive. Trust me the upgrade is worth it.

The Google Pixel 5 as a flagship phone, went from being a regular camera go to phone to a feature-filled smartphone. Every department had it up. Owning one could be the new deal in Nigeria.

Design & Display

The design of the Google Pixel 5 is just too amazing, you wouldn’t notice anything at first until you see the magic happening behind the scene. To begin this back is made of an aluminum back yet fast charging works pretty good. How many smartphones can do this in Nigeria?

Still on the rear, we’ve got a rear fingerprint reader that is very safe and secure. Although there is no face Unlock feature here. In front, you get a 6.0inch punch hole OLED display that is vivid, colorful, clear and bright. It is surrounded by tiny bezels.

Camera & Battery

The Camera system on the Google Pixel 5 is awesome. As always Google has continued to have it good in this department for quite some time now. The Pixel 5 didn’t disappoint, it rocks heavy making it one of the best camera smartphones in Nigeria.

So what do we have here? The main camera is made up of two standard cameras: a 12.2MP dual-pixel shooter and a 16MP ultra-wide sensors. In front is a single 8MP selfie camera.

There is a significant upgrade on the battery. The Google Pixel 5 moved to a whole new direction from 2800mAh on the 4 to 4080mAh on the Pixel 5. Isn’t that great? I mean, we will pay anything to have this feature in Nigeria but Google still moderated the price.

Final Thoughts

The Google Pixel 5 is for sure a way forward. As earlier stated, It went from paying too much attention on camera to spreading a little bit of attention on other areas like battery and design. it is sure worth it.

The pricing also is just as good. In Nigeria, that could be a strong consideration for us. Just see how much is saved when the Google Pixel 5 is bought after wish compared to other flagship phones. You get a standard quality, now what?
