Airtel 4G Pocket WiFi Review

I will start by saying this pocket freindly device. It has a boxy look that is horizontally stretched. At the top-edge you will find an ethernet port, usb port, reset key, power and WPS button. That’s pretty much it, the other edges are empty.

On the top-flat surface of the airtel 4G pocket WiFi is where you will find the led indicators for the power, internet, WiFi, SMS and battery status. There is no LCD display here, i actually didn’t miss that. lolx

As for battery life you get somewhere around 4 to 6 hours depending on the devices connected to this WiFi. Actually you don’t have to worry so much about battery life because you can as well use it without the battery, just plug and turn it on.

The airtel 4G pocket WiFi also has this feature i call “sleep mode” that makes the WiFi stay inactive when not inuse for some time. All you have to do to get it active again is to tap the power button.

Final Thoughts

The Airtel 4G Pocket WiFi is just another cool tech to try out. I like the fact that it is portable, has a ethernet port and can also be used directly with power with having to include the battery. So if you live in an area where there is non-stop electricity, you might as well consider making it your default WiFi. Among other things, i love the fact that it is affordable in Nigeria.
