Apple finally introduce the IPhone 12 Series as planned. This year we got 4 new IPhones: IPhone 12, IPhone 12 Pro, IPhone 12 Pro Max and a new add up called the IPhone 12 mini. We are going to be talking about the IPhone 12.
The Apple IPhone 12 introduces a beautiful new design packed with innovative features which includes the A14 Bionic, an advanced dual-camera system and a powerful super retina XDR display with the ceramic shield front cover.
Not forgetting 5G that is hard to ignore. Yeah! Its right here on all variants of the IPhone 12 guaranteed! We know 5G is still in the stage of development in Nigeria but we better start getting ready for it. So Apple is giving us an advance shot on that.

Design & Display
Speaking of design, there is only a little upgrade. The newly designed iPhone 12 feature an expansive edge-to-edge Super Retina XDR display which comes with a brighter, more immersive viewing experience, and a new Ceramic Shield front cover which at the end of the day provides a big jump in durability.
Apple claims it has 4x better drop performance. The IPhone 12 has a better spill and splash resistance, it is 11% thinner, 15% smaller and 15% lighter. It come with a 6.1inch Super Retina XDR display that is absolutely better than previous gen.
Camera & Battery
On the camera we’ve got a dual 12MP ultra-wide and wide camera system with 2x optical zoom out and 5x digital zoom in. The camera has portrait mode, advanced bokeh and depth control as well as panorama and night mode among other stunning camera features.
On the notch, there is a 12MP TrueDepth camera otherwise known as the selfie camera. Portrait mode, Portrait Lighting with six effects (Natural, Studio, Contour, Stage, Stage Mono, High‑Key Mono), Animoji, Memoji and Night mode.
The IPhone 12 comes with a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery. It has a fast-charge capability that can provide up to 50% charge in 30 minutes with the 20W adaptor that is sold separately in Nigeria.
There is also this new features called MagSafe wireless charging up to 15W. MagSafe offers high-powered wireless charging and an all-new ecosystem of accessories that is easily attach to the iPhone 12 in Nigeria.
Software & Specs
On the IPhone 12 is a new A14 Bionic chip – the fastest chip in a smartphone. It is responsible for powering every experience here. It is futuristic and superefficient for great battery life in Nigeria.
The A14 Bionic chip coupled with an advanced dual-camera system, delivers meaningful new computational photography features and the highest quality video in a smartphone. Quite impressive I will say.

Final Thoughts
The IPhone 12 is another great piece of Tech with a futuristic name inclusive. Apple did another great job this year. The A14 Bionic Chipset alongside the 5G network are clear definitions of long usability.
The notch didn’t go away even though we least expect to see that. MagSafe is definitely worthy of note on the IPhone 12. MagSafe changes everything about wireless charging. We hope to it transform with time.
