The 2020 Toyota Camry TRD is a good definition of sport on a mid-size sedan. This is the first Toyota Camry that qualifies to be called a sport car.

This is because it has a much improved body control, better design and brake feels. Although it looks a little bit identical to the 2019 model but her TRD name sets it apart.

Toyota Camry 2020 Price in Nigeria

The cost of a brand new 2020 Toyota Camry TRD price starts at $31,995 which is slightly cheaper than the Avalon TRD in Nigeria with some millions away.

When you do the simple math of converting $31,995 to naira using the N360 to $1 as the exchange rate, you will get N11,518,200 in Nigeria.

Exterior design

When you take a good look at this very car, you will notice that it has a well structured sporty design that need no introduction at all in Nigeria.

So what’s on this vehicle?

The 2020 Toyota Camry comes with an aggressive look. It has a front splitter, a red-pin-striped side aero skirts, a rear diffuser and a black rear spoiler to match.

You will also find a bright red TRD logo and red tail light at the back with a metallic roof at the top. These makes the 2020 Toyota Camry TRD have an interesting look.

Still on her design, you will notice the TRD stiffer coil springs and a beefier front and rear anti-sway bar which now increases roll stiffness in front and at the back.

Interior Design

On the inside, you will see the TRD name appear on the head rest, foot match and other gray areas. There are also some well fitted red accents on the stitching and seat belts.

The 2020 Toyota Camry TRD comes with an awesome dashboard that have a decent infotainment system with Apple play inside.

Am a little disappointed to see no arm rest and cup holders at the back seat. Toyota also didn’t put a rear AC vent or USB port for people at the back.

These features were generously offered to the Avalon TRD because it cost more than the 2020 Toyota Camry TRD, I guess they had to make up for her lower price.

Engine & Performance

The 2020 Toyota Camry TRD comes with the same six-cylinder 3.5 liter V6 engine as the XSE and XLE model of last year. It didn’t get any extra horsepower too. Just 301hp.

The 2020 Toyota Camry TRD is also a little bit lower now. It has a unique coil springs that is 0.6 inches lower than a normal Toyota Camry in Nigeria.

This was necessary to ensure greater stability and balance on the road. her cat-back exhaust system also supports with pleasant sounds while driving.
